01Contact us
Email [email protected] and a person will read it. We aim to reply within one business day.
It helps enormously if you include the name of the race, the email address on your Dromos account, and — for anything to do with a payment — roughly when you paid and which method you used.
02Registering for a race
Open the race in the Dromos app, choose your distance, and follow the steps. You can add family or friends to the same booking, including on different distances, and pay for everyone together.
- Your entry is confirmed once payment succeeds. You will get an email, and the race appears under My Races in the app.
- If payment was interrupted — the app closed, or you lost signal — open the registration again and you can resume it rather than starting over.
- A race can sell out, and an organizer can close entries early. When that happens the race page says so.
03Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by PayMongo, a licensed Philippine payment processor. You can pay with GCash, Maya, or QR Ph. Dromos never sees or stores your card or e-wallet credentials.
Whether a race offers refunds is decided by the organizer of that race, and their policy is shown on the race page before you pay. If an organizer cancels a race, they arrange refunds for the runners who had entered.
If you believe you were charged and your entry did not appear, email [email protected] with the race name and the date and time of the payment, and we will trace it.
04Race day
Your entry is a QR code in the app, under My Races. Show it at the desk to check in, and again to claim your race kit if the organizer is issuing kits.
If the code will not scan — bright sun, a cracked screen, no signal — the organizer can find you by name on their check-in screen and check you in that way. You do not need to read anything out, and you do not need a printout.
If your phone is flat or missing altogether, go to the desk and give your name. Being unable to open the app is not the same as not having an entry.
05Results and certificates
Results are produced by the race organizer and published by them, so they appear once that organizer uploads them. When they do, you will find your time and placing — including within your age group — on the race page, along with a finisher certificate you can save or share. If your result looks wrong, the organizer holds the timing data and is the right person to correct it.
06Your account and your data
You sign in with Google or with Apple, so Dromos has no password to lose. You can edit your name, photo, and emergency contact details at any time from the Profile tab.
What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account here.
07Reporting a problem with content
Races on Dromos are listed by their organizers, and runners can ask questions on a race page. A question stays private between the runner and the organizer unless the organizer answers it, and an organizer can dismiss a question so that it is never shown to anyone.
If you come across a listing, an answer, or any other content on Dromos that is abusive, misleading, or should not be there, email [email protected] with a link or the race name. We review every report and can remove content or suspend an organizer account.
08For event organizers
Organizers manage races from the web portal at dromosevents.com — creating events, viewing registrations, checking runners in on race day, and publishing results. For help with an organizer account, payouts, or getting an event approved, email [email protected] and say which organization you are with.
